Acupuncture is a social interaction with Phyllis in which she can offer a massage using thin needles that are inserted into the body to relax the nerves and relieve stress. The purpose of the acupuncture is to reset the skill tree to its original state to allow restructuring of the skill tree.

The player can ask for an Acupuncture treatment by interacting with Phyllis while she is inside Dr. Xu's Clinic:

• 8:00 to 18:00 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• 8:00 to 9:00 Tuesday and Thursday
• 8:00 to 13:00 and 16:25 to 18:00 Saturday

These treatments have a starting fee of 1000⁠⁠, which increases by another 600⁠⁠ after every treatment. There is no cap on cost, meaning treatments can become exorbitantly expensive if the player gets acupuncture many times.
