Blue Scarf can also be received as a gift on the player's birthday.
Usage[]
Blue Scarf can be worn by the player or gifted.
Equip[]
Blue Scarf can be equipped into one of the three Accessory slots in the Inventory to boost the player's max 
by 10.
Blue Scarf is shown on the player's neck when worn. It can be rendered invisible while worn by unchecking the Show Accessory option in the Game tab.

Blue Scarf can be given as a gift to other characters.
