Colorful Hat can be obtained by donating 20 items to the Portia Museum and then collecting it as a donation reward.
It can also be obtained by being the #1 ranked workshop at the end of the year.
Usage[]
Colorful Hat can be worn by the player or gifted.
Equip[]
Colorful Hat can be put in the hat slot in the Inventory menu to boost the player's max HP by 250 and Resilience by 30%. It requires a player level of 20.
Colorful Hat can be revised at the Clothing Store for 3 Flexible Fiber after completing Carol's Sewing Machine mission. It loses the Resilience bonus after revising.
