Three Cotton Seeds are given to the player by Lee for completing the Mysterious Data Disc 2 mission.
There is also a 30% chance to get one Cotton Seed when the player harvests fully grown Cotton plant in their Workshop.

Cotton Seed can be planted in a Small Planter Box during Spring, Summer, or Autumn to grow Cotton five days later. The base yield is 14-15 Cotton. The player can harvest 28-30 Cotton if they keep the Cotton Seed fully fertilized during its whole growth period.
