File Bag is a mission item.
Obtaining[]
The File Bag can be found on the ground, beside the Dee-dee Stop, outside Portia's main gate. Picking it up starts the mission Unknown Package.
Usage[]
In order to complete the mission correctly, the player has to show the File Bag to Gust first, then hand it over to Albert.
