The Harbor Trade Station is an unlockable shop that is part of the Portia Harbor, located on the Western Beach. It is not available at the start of My Time at Portia and is developed as part of the main story. The Harbor Trade Station is not owned or staffed by any visible characters, nor are any staff known, so no shop discount can be earned. The building itself cannot be entered; the store's shopping interface is accessed by interacting with the sparkling cash register to the left of the door.
The Harbor Trade Station has the second most starting money available per day out of all the shops (A&G Construction Store being the store with the most), so it is able to buy more items from the player than most other shops, including some items that are too expensive for most other shops to buy. The Harbor Trade Station's available daily buyback budget will permanently inflate by 60
per day.
Unlocking[]
The Harbor Trade Station opens once the player both completes the Harbor questline and is notified that the Harbor is now completed and open. The Harbor is not opened immediately after completing the mission, but takes several more in-game weeks [ verify ] to be constructed.
