The Jumping Hoop can be placed in the house or yard as decoration. If Pinky or Scraps live with the player, they will occasionally play on it, jumping back and forth through the hoop.
Note: This item is oversized. Although the item itself only takes up 3x1 squares, it requires 3x5 squares to place, so that there is room for the pets to play on it.
