Leisure Breeze Flatcap is a piece of clothing. It is a part of the Leisure Breeze set, along with Leisure Breeze Top and Leisure Breeze Bottom.
Obtaining[]
As of PC Steam 2.0.137882, the Leisure Breeze Flatcap is available as a paid DLC for Steam versions from the Steam Store as part of the Player Attire Package. Once installed, the DLC items are mailed to the player.
Usage[]
Leisure Breeze Flatcap can be placed in the clothing slot in the Inventory menu in order boost the player's maximum 
by 90.
Leisure Breeze Flatcap can be revised at the Clothing Store for 2 Flexible Fiber and 3 Leather after completing Carol's Sewing Machine mission.
