Usage[]
Furniture[]
Marble Street Lights can be placed in the Workshop yard for light. They take up a 2x2 square and can be placed on top of flooring tiles. Marble Street Lights will turn on automatically after dark.
Placed Marble Street Lights can be dyed by holding Pigments in the toolbar as the active item and interacting with the Marble Street Light. Dyeing only affects the color of the light emitted, not the color of the Marble Street Light's post.
The amount of light emitted depends on the color of the light. Essentially, the closer the chosen color is to the top edge of the color picker, the brighter the light will be, while the darker or more saturated the chosen color (closer to the bottom of the color picker), the less light will be emitted. The default color is the brightest white possible (upper left corner), which provides the most light. Dyeing the light stark black (anywhere along the very bottom of the color picker) will make the lamp emit zero light on the area around it, though a small halo of light can still be seen around the top of the lamp.
Trivia[]
- There are three types of Street Lights: the craftable Street Light from the Worktable, Marble Street Light from A&G Construction Store, and Celebration Lamp Post from Best Brother. The Marble Street Light is the most expensive to obtain of the three.
