Overview

The player must have completed Adventures with Mali and have met Musa at the fireside meeting. It is most likely, chronologically and logically, that this quest is unlocked after meeting up with Mint, Musa and Albert at the Portia Harbor for To Light the Way.

Details: The Igneous Brick commissions state they require Igneous Rocks, though they actually require Igneous Bricks.

Albert sends out a letter to the player to announce five new commissions lined up on the Commerce Guild board for the construction of the Portia Harbor.

Dear Builder, Just a heads up, we've posted and will continue to post commissions for the construction materials for the harbor in the Commerce Guild for the duration of this project. Please take a look when you have the time. A&G Construction

The commissions request 10 Waterproof Cloths, two orders of 10 Concrete each, and two orders of 10 Igneous Bricks each.

Only one of these commissions can be taken at a time. However, if the player wishes to complete multiple commissions per day, they can bring enough materials for multiple requests at the same time, turn one commission in to Antoine, run back to the board to take another commission, and repeat. With this method, it is possible to complete all five commissions in one day, provided the player has already made all the items beforehand.
