Musa is a stranger who comes to Portia as a part of the main storyline of the game. The player can only have limited interactions with Musa and cannot develop any relationship of substance. He arrives in Portia after completing Western Plateau.
Background[]
Musa is a wealthy businessman looking for worthwhile places to invest his money, and he is known as the richest man in the Alliance of Free Cities. He is professional in all of his efforts. Not much else is known about him.
Personal Life[]
After the road to Sandrock and South Block had been completed, the city's income had gone up and Portia was getting more visitors. Musa came to the city after hearing about the initiative and decided to invest a significant amount of money to help upgrade Portia's harbor as this can elevate its status among the Free Cities.
Physical Appearance[]
Musa is a sharp-dressed man with close-shaven black hair, brown eyes, and brown skin. He wears a purple hat with a teal ribbon, thick wayfarer eyeglasses, and a tan trench coat with a large collar and cuffs in a paler shade. His white button-up shirt and bright green striped tie contrast against his knitted vest, just a shade lighter than his hat. His pants are the same color as the hat and reveal some of his pinstriped purple socks, and he wears reddish-brown leather shoes.
Related Characters[]
While he does not have close relationships to anyone in Portia, he supervises Albert and Mint during the construction of the Portia Harbor.
Schedule[]
During the construction of the harbor, he tends to stay there during most of the day, then returns to the Happy Apartments at night, possibly around 21:00-23:00.
Social Interactions[]
Musa does not have any social interactions other than basic chatting.
Chat[]
Chat is a basic social interaction. As a stranger, chatting with Musa does not increase his relationship points as Musa cannot be befriended; subsequent chatting, on the same day, only results in the same conversation.
