Pig Tag is a special gift that can be given to QQ to rename him, if the player is married to Gust.

Obtaining

The Pig Tag can only be bought from the Mysterious Man if the player is currently married to Gust. If not, then QQ-related items do not show up in the Mysterious Man's store.

Usage

The Pig Tag can be gifted to QQ for +10 Relationship. Gifting it to him will also allow the player to rename him, if QQ has already come to live with the player.
