- The player should use two different kinds of fish and three different random ingredients. All five ingredients should be unique, with no duplicate items.
- The order of adding the ingredients to the Cooking Set does not matter.
- Adding two fish and two to three spicy seasonings will result in Spicy Stew Mix instead.
- Adding two fish and three sugary ingredients will result in Sweet Stew Mix instead.
- Adding Salt or Rock Salt as any random ingredient will result in Salty Stew Mix instead.
- Adding two fish, one sweet seasoning, one spicy seasoning, and one seasoning like Cumin or Coriander will result in a Strange Soup.
- Some rarely used ingredients, like Cactus Fruit, Cornball, or Snake Meat can be used in Seafood Stew Mix recipe.
