Sleep Mask can be crafted using the Worktable:

Usage[]
Sleep Mask is used in missions and commissions. It can also be worn by the player.
Mission[]
One Sleep Mask is needed to complete the Chance Meeting mission.
Commission[]
Sleep Mask is occasionally requested on the Commissions Board in Rank B commission.
Equip[]
The Sleep Mask can be equipped into one of the three Accessory slots in the Inventory to boost the player's max 
by 40.
Sleep Mask is shown on the player's face when worn. It can be rendered invisible while worn by unchecking the Show Accessory option in the Game tab.
Recycle[]
Sleep Mask can be placed in the Recycle Machine to produce the following items:
