Small Planter Box is a furniture item used to grow crops.

Obtaining

Small Planter Box can be crafted using the Worktable after the player obtains the recipe, either given by Emily or bought from Sophie's Ranch.

Usage

Small Planter Box is used in farming and in one main mission.

Mission

Small Planter Box can be used during the course of The Farmer. Three Small Planter Boxs are needed to complete that mission.

Farming

Small Planter Box can be placed on the ground in the player's yard. It takes up 2x2 space and can be used to grow regular crops, including crops from Bamboo Papaya Seed, Chili Pepper Seed, Cornball Seed, Cotton Seed, Layered Carrot Seed, Lettuce Seed, Potato Fruit Seed, Pumpkin Seed, Rainbow Flower Seed, Sisal Seed, and Wheat Seed.

Small Planter Box can take up to 3 Fertilizers at once. The player can also set Small Planter Box to be fertilized automatically by placing it on Irrigation Flooring connected to the Irrigation Tower.

When placed and in use, Small Planter Boxes can be moved without losing the crop with F. Putting a Small Planter Box back in the inventory will destroy the crop planted in it.

Recycle

Small Planter Box can be placed in the Recycle Machine to produce the following items:
