Starry Collar is an accessory item that can be equipped in one of the player's three accessory slots to boost the player's Defense by 10. It is shown on the player's neck when worn.
Starry Collar is shown on the player's neck when worn. It can be rendered invisible while worn by unchecking the Show Accessory option in the Game tab.
