Tallsky is a city southwest of Portia and a member of the Alliance of Free Cities. Tallsky shares borders with The Peripheries and Walnut Groove. Having been built on top of a large orbital insertion accelerator from the Age of Corruption, Tallsky supplies the Free Cities with engines for planes and ships, as well as weapons from the past. With the abundance of builders residing in Tallsky, the city-state is sometimes referred to as the City of Builders.
