The Driller can be crafted using the Assembly Station after the player receives its diagram in the letter from Mint during The Driller mission.

• Before version 2.0, the Large Drill Tip used to be a one-of-a-kind item, and donating the Driller to the Museum would cause problems with proceeding with the involved mission.
